" We feel that being a Capitalist means more than making money. It means giving it away. Although we are a real estate licensing school on the surface, we are actually a business school that teaches business and financial literacy. It may seem our product is a licensed Realtor but it is actually a Philanthropist; one who has mastered time and money and evolves to the phase where we all intrinsically operate; that phase we are chromosomically designed to operate in; that of giving to our fellow human beings.  Mastering the subject of money is merely a step in this process.

 When I met James I was struck by his  burning desire to succeed. Rare in people nowadays, even more so for a person his age. We were happy to offer him a full scholarship as we had a sense he would make full use of the opportunity.

 We wanted to share this with you because this is what can happen when you give a willing person the proper tools and show them how to use them.

Hey Wayne,

I know you are a busy guy but I just wanted to take the time to thank you for the opportunities you have given me.  A few years ago at the age of 18 years old I saved up some money so that I could attend your Psychology of Investing Course.  After speaking with you one on one, you offered me the opportunity to attend your school for free so that I could get my real estate license, and you allowed me to attend your coaching last year.  

These opportunities have changed my life and have opened many doors for me.  Although I am only working part-time as a real estate agent right now since I am still working on my real estate finance degree at UT, I am thoroughly enjoying the real estate business, have sold homes despite my young age, and am running what I consider to be a successful business.  

I just wanted to take this time to thank you for your hard work and the opportunities you have given me.  Let me know if I can ever do anything for you.  You have truly made a positive impact on my life.

Austin Institute hosts HUD meeting

We here at AIRE had a great turn out for the HUD meeting held Tuesday January 11th.

Many Austin area agents came to learn how to better assist their clients with HUD properties.
