Purchased in 1989 by Brokers Wayne and Lynn Morgan, The Austin Institute of Real Estate has become a model of what a real estate school can be; a mix of Licensing, Business and Investing courses via their professional development curriculum. As owners with hundreds of real estate transactions as their guide, Wayne and Lynn know what it takes to be successful in the business and have designed the curriculum into three simple steps. Based on their book "How to get Rich in Real Estate… AND Have a Life!" and the trademarked Real Estate Business Blueprint, they are:

January 2, 2012 Normal class schedule begins for the new year.
January 2-5, 2012 Weekday class Principles 1, 8:30am -5:00pm Monday-Thursday
January 2-4, 2012 Weekend elective class Appraisal 8:30am-7:30pm Monday-Wednesday. See "Download Schedule" on the home page for all upcoming weekday, weekend and evening classes
January 16-18, 2012 Building A Brokerage course #0711. Mandatory course required to become a broker. Taught by Holland Wiler, broker and owner of Wiler and Associates and Tony Garrant, broker and owner of Classic Realty.
January 21-22, 2012 15 hour MCE live class. 8:30-3:30 Day 1 and 8:30-6:30 Day 2. $99 and includes the required 3 hours of Ethics and 3 hours of Legal. Taught by JIm Canady, broker and owner of Canady Realty and Bill Adams, salesperson with Keller Williams.
January 25-26, 2012 15 hour MCE course 8:30-6:30 Day 1 and 8:30- 3:30 Day 2. $99 and includes the required 3 hours of Ethics and 3 hours of Legal. Taught by David Gottfried, attorney, Hugh Parrish, broker and owner of Parrish and Associates,and Renee' Figliozzi, agent with Center Point Real Estate Group
